SETTING THE APPOINTMENT

Once contacted by us we will set up an in home consultation. We will work to set a date and time that works best for you.

CONSULTATION DAY

Our designer will meet with you to go over your thoughts about your new outdoor living space. Lets talk about the design of your new space, your electrical and concrete needs. We are here to help with suggestions and offer our experience to help you bring your dream to life.

GETTING THE ESTIMATE

Your designer will send you the quote for your project. Your designer will be ready to answer any questions you have and make any changes you request. Lets work out the details and come up with a design that fits your budget.

GETTING STARTED

Sit back we got this! Your designer will let you know what we need from you to move forward. Once we receive the needed paperwork we will begin the Home Owners Associations process for approval on your new space. We will handle getting the drawings and samples needed for the process.

PERMITTING

The office will send any drawings or information needed to pull the permits to the city for your new outdoor living space. This includes any projects being built in the windstorm areas.

BREAKING GROUND  

Once we receive approval from your Home Owners Association and the proper permitting from the city it is time to get started. Your designer will be your project manager. They will be there for you for your entire  project and keep you updated.

COMPLETION

Lets take a look at your new outdoor living space. Your designer will go over the project with you and make sure you are happy with the results.
